These are great for resetting your sleep schedule. I work the night shift and in the mornings after coming home from work, I eat breakfast, put my favorite show on, and puff about 2-3 times before I K.O for about 6 hours.
They really help to relax and prep you for sleep. I feel energized after I wake up. One thing to mention. I dont prefer inhaling directly into my lungs. I just hold it in my mouth and breathe out. It still works for me.
