We are loving both the Melo and Helo products! We got a little bit of everything and have zero complaints!

We did receive a couple defective units and I sent an email on a Friday with the photos and by SATURDAY I received a response and confirmation of replacing these units. Such a great team and can’t wait for many more orders!

The products were very great, and definitely worth the buy. On top of that, the watermelon lime caffeine pen was busted on arrival, and once I reached out to support with photos they within the same day sent a replacement!

Not a fan of the Carmel coffee and my Melatonin vape was Leaking other than that the vapes really do help. The caffeine vape wakes me up and the melatonin helps me sleep. I usually have nightmares when I take melatonin but not with the vape.

I received my product as advertised. The red apple was the one i open to try first and it did not vape. I contacted support and they had me send a video of it not working and replaced it. I have been cigarette free 7 days now and will continue with this product. I highly recommend it if you struggle with the hand to mouth habit when trying to quit cigarettes.

I purchased the all day energy bundle with two helo plus vapes and one helo air. I really enjoyed the flavors but the helo air vape did not seem to work. When I tried to use it, I did not get the sensation of vaping just a very faint taste of the flavor (red apple). I will definitely stick to purchasing the helo plus and look forward to trying the other flavors they have to offer.

I purchased a combo pack, it had three items in the package. The two larger sized caffeine vapes work and taste great. The small slim apple flavored vape was damaged in the package and it was leaking everywhere. Wasted my money to get damaged product…not sure if I would buy again because of this.

Even though there was an issue with the red apple peach, the company sent me a replacement of my choice immediately. Definitely recommend the bundles!

Hoping they come out with a blueberry flavor🤞

I was skeptical as I am a lite smoker who is trying to quit. I have tried several nicotine vapes and would cough like crazy and give up. The hit on these is just what I have been looking for and has helped me in my journey to quite cigarettes.

Love helo air. They have the best tasting flavors and they don’t make me cough. The caramel coffee is my favorite so far. I can’t wait for the cherry cola to be back in stock.

I ordered a caffiene pack and a strawberry ice caffiene diffuser. The strawberry iced stopped working and was blinking after two hits. One of the diffusers (the red apple peach) from the caffeine pack showed up leaking and unusable. Very unhappy with my purchases. Not worth the money and they do not respond to their emails as I sent two emails within a week and nobody ever came back to me about it.

I have replaced about half a pack of smokes per day using HELO. Love the caramel flavor. Just wish it wasn’t out of stock so often. All other vapes make me cough uncontrollably but not HELO. Always smooth and really does give you that extra boost that you need.

one arrived broken. the other two didnt last very long. definitely not 800 puff. I didn’t feel any effect from the alleged caffeine content. the one redeeming quality is that the flavor is great.

I purchased the energy bundle with the intention of reducing my coffee and nicotine usage. These Helo vapes are helpful for skipping the coffee/smoke breaks throughout my day. As my ultimate quit date is in April, I believe these will be very useful for managing cravings. The dosage of caffeine gives me the right amount of energy and the flavorful vapor satisfies the oral fixation I have smoking cigarettes. Although, I can’t yet report that these helped me quit nicotine/coffee, they have helped me reduce my intake and I genuinely enjoy these vapes very much. I hope I can update this review with a successful quitting story soon.

my All Day Energy Bundle is missing from my shipment and all I got was the caffeinated gummies after it arrived almost 2 weeks late. I spent almost $50 and the only thing that showed up was a $10 pack of gummies

I didn’t notice any extra energy when I took the blue gummy but I really didn’t like the flavor of the gummies either. I’m just going to stick with the vapes because they’re awesome.
