Simply remove the diffuser from its packaging and take off the plastic cap. Inhale gently for a few seconds, then exhale. A typical serving is 5–10 puffs.
No, Melo Diffusers are made with melatonin, natural flavor extracts, and vegetable glycerin—free from nicotine and other harmful additives. Our diffusers do NOT contain formaldehyde, vitamin E acetate, or diacetyl—the chemicals linked to 'popcorn lung.'
Our melatonin diffusers can be a helpful tool for reducing nicotine or marijuana use, especially at night. While we don’t recommend using them during the day unless you’re preparing for sleep, many customers have found them to be a great alternative to traditional vapes in the evening. They provide a relaxing experience without nicotine, helping to ease the transition away from harmful vaping habits.
Each diffuser contains approximately 800 puffs, but longevity depends on individual usage. If used only at night or at specific times, it can last around two weeks. More frequent use may reduce its lifespan to about one week.
Take MELO Sleep Gummies when you need help falling asleep or staying asleep through the night. For ages 12+, start with 2 gummies (4mg of melatonin) as a baseline serving. You can adjust your dosage as needed. MELO gummies are non-habit forming and safe for nightly use.

Our HELO caffeine diffusers can be a great alternative to traditional nicotine vapes, especially for those looking for a cleaner, nicotine-free option. They provide a subtle boost of energy without the jitters of coffee or energy drinks, making them a great way to cut back on harmful vaping habits while still enjoying a satisfying inhale experience.

Since caffeine metabolism varies from person to person, the time it takes to feel the effects may differ.

Sooooo good!
Jaqlyn Grandsart (verified owner) –
The watermelon is the best flavor hands down! It was so easy to shift from vaping nicotine to B12 with this company and this flavor. I bought room over 5 companies to compare and this is the only company I’ve stayed with. If feels like you’re vaping so it’s easy to trick your mind into thinking you still are and replace those with something healthier like B12! If you’re in the fence, trust me, switch to trade and get this flavor bc it’s delicious and now the only one I’ll buy!

Blake Walker (verified owner) –
The b12 watermelon flavored diffuser was a great purchase! I wanted to get into a sort of vaping, but without that nasty nicotine additional that came with it – the watermelon b12 diffuser has been the solution to this itch I wanted to scratch, without that nasty nicotine and general unhealthy feeling I bet my coworkers experience after a day of vaping that boring gas station stuff. Not only does this product stimulate that fixation i was wanting to experiment with, but it is also flavorful (I consider the flavor to be similar to watermelon gum), and the b12 vitamins also make me feel a bit more energized throughout the day.
Overall, if you’re looking for a way to “get into vaping”, but don’t want to use actual unhealthy products that contain nicotine or bad chemicals, this is THE solution.
Nikki Lojkuc (verified owner) –
I bought these for my Mom, as she sometimes gets into a “slump,” and needs energy but does NOT want to take any more supplements/vitamins/pills/gummies/etc. She is a breast cancer survivor, but never was a smoker. I came across an ad for your diffusers, and thought she should give them a try … She did and she’s in love! All the energy, no crash, and she says it has a great “taste!”

Alexandra Kontsas (verified owner) –
The vape vitamin B12 diffuser is honestly such a great product and has helped me cut back on nicotine vapes! It hits just as good as a nicotine vape and I trust all the ingredients listed. The flavor I got was watermelon and doesn’t burn out. After almost a week of hitting it nonstop, it still has plenty of puffs left in it!! I highly recommend for anyone trying to cut down and quit on nicotine. You’ll get the same experience with flavor, hit, and motion, all without the bad stuff!
Krystal Le (verified owner) –
Started craving vaping again this helped plus it doesn’t have all the nasty ingredients most other vapes have I also don’t get headaches like some other ones I tried
Annette Pilarowski Griffor (verified owner) –
I like it. It tastes good and smells great!
Rhonda Cornwall (verified owner) –
The watermelon ice is amazing and most defiantly one of my favorites. I will be buying this one again.
Grace Rogers (verified owner) –
I am very much addicted to caffeine, I almost always have an energy drink on hand but I’ve been looking for a healthier way to get the energy I need so when I saw the MELO Plus diffusers I figured I’d give it a shot. The flavors are great and I already have more on the way!
Sausha (verified owner) –
I’m a former vaper & this is so much like the real deal. I enjoy the watermelon wave. I got a banana ice & a cotton candy but I don’t really care for the taste of those.
Mya F. –
As someone who’s never tried vape, I can safely say it was effective especially without all the bad ingredients of nicotine or tobacco! Plus the flavors really kick 😍🍉
Kristina Farlow (verified owner) –
I purchased (2) One for B12 and one for Melatonin
Used the B12 for 2 days maybe 12 puffs total… and its got a blinking bottom and no more puffs
Kyle –

Efren Figueroa (verified owner) –

With my medical condition of MS, I’ve had to cut out my vaping habit completely due to multiple harsh chemicals in regular nic vapes. These have been a game changer overall for me. Especially the vitamin B12, which is an essential vitamin I need to help prevent my MS flare ups. Love Love this!! I highly recommend!!! I want to try them all!!!
Nicole (verified owner) –
Great burst of energy
Julie McKnight (verified owner) –
I have purchased the caffeine vape, melatonin vape and just recently the b12 orange tang vape. This one has a burnt coil taste, I’ve emailed you in hopes to rectify the situation but haven’t heard back. The last 2 orders were great.
Kristie Marcontell (verified owner) –
Absolutely love the Helo B12 diffuser! The taste is surprisingly great—smooth, slightly sweet, and very pleasant to use. I really notice a boost in my energy and focus throughout the day, which makes it a perfect addition to my routine. It’s convenient, easy to use, and feels like a healthier pick-me-up. I will definitely be buying it again! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a tasty way to get some extra B12.

I got the Lemonade and love it. It taste like sweet lemonade and the colors on the vape are beautiful. It does give me a pick me up in the morning when I have to be at work at 5am.
Tracy Truex –
The rate of puff I witnessed was about 10 an hour. Received the afternoon of 7/12 and light was flashing empty before 3 PM 7/13.
Linda Jackson (verified owner) –
I want to change my original review. How is a person supposed to get the 800 puffs advertised in 8 days? The charge runs out after 7 to 8 days. If the recommended usage is 5 to 10 puffs a day, that dont measure up. I would had to do 100 puffs day. At the price not a good value at all. I will not purchase again.
Shelby Kruse (verified owner) –
You like starburst? You want to try all the original flavors all at once? This is the pen for you then (Sun berry). Tastes great, works well and haven’t had any issues so far. I will order again unless there are problems down the road.
MAGDALENA FLORES (verified owner) –
I love my B12 diffuser. I can tell the difference at work because I’m not falling asleep!
Gina –
Love the resistance and flavor but battery died in a day and a half. No way that was even close to 800 puffs! At the cost its more than cigarettes. Needs better battery or rechargeable battery.
Dollie Matheney (verified owner) –
I seen it online thought it was exciting. It was a good thought to have vitamin B ordered at $27 for one pen got it opened. It did exactly what I was supposed to and didn’t work. Highly disappointed reached out to customer service had to send pictures and they wasn’t able to open it Did replace it, but I won’t order again.
Kelsey Driskell (verified owner) –
my favorite is the lemonade flavor b12! The taste of it is amazing and the energy it gives me suprizes me!
Sabrina Hughes+mielnik (verified owner) –
I love these
Makayla Mathewson (verified owner) –
I enjoy the flavor overall.
Alicia Ruvalcaba (verified owner) –
I ordered watermelon and lemonade. watermelon is my favorite and the energy from the b12 is awesome.. my mood is way better too
Christine Hill (verified owner) –
I have EXTREME difficulty in falling asleep and staying asleep. I was recommended these by a friend. They do taste good. They make me start yawning. That is about the extent of it, but again: my difficulty is extreme.
Kaylee F. (verified owner) –
I tried the orange tang first and really enjoyed the way it feels like hitting a vape with that menthol type feeling in the back of your throat, I found with the orange that it developed a strange aftertaste and decided to try the watermelon instead. So glad I gave it a second chance, it hits smooth and tastes soooo good!! Will be purchasing again and maybe will try sunberry next ☺️
Brandi Weaver (verified owner) –
Really helps to break the vaping cycle.
Twyla (verified owner) –
Although I didn’t feel much energy from the diffuser, I LOVED the taste. It tastes exactly like the Extra watermelon gum. I’ve been using it pretty often for a week so far, and it’s still going strong
Ash Eudy-Pickler (verified owner) –
This has great flavor and works so good.
Amber Perea (verified owner) –
Bought these for a friend and she LOVES them! Says they taste amazing and she loves them!
Adolf (verified owner) –
First time I tried it was great, like it well enough but I’m waiting for something else for headaches. Got ur address for future refills.
Tammi Britton (verified owner) –
Watermelon and banana are great. Orange tang is awful, I had to throw it away. Hits like a regular vape, very helpful to try and quit!
Amy Bafford (verified owner) –
Tried helo after trying a nic vape. Could not hit the nic vape without coughing violently. These are better, but still have to do small puffs to avoid coughing. If I inhale it leaves a strange aftertaste that takes about 15 minutes to dissipate. If I don’t inhale it is not as satisfying but the aftertaste is still there but not as strong. I got the watermelon vitamin b12 and the best way I can describe the aftertaste is melon and pledge, chemical-ey. The mouth taste is pleasant though, like watermelon bubbalicious gum. I may try the caffeine next to see if aftertaste is different.

Stacy Gallant (verified owner) –
Too strong of a taste
Cassandra Head (verified owner) –
I’m not terribly fond of the flavor and it doesn’t seem to make me feel any better. I will keep using it, it’s only been a week and it is keeping me from wanting to use a nicotine vape.

I just opened this vape three days ago, and it’s already dead. Very disappointed! It’s too expensive for less than a week’s use. My store-bought vapes last me two months. I already have a second order on the way because I loved the vape. I ordered it before knowing the vape’s lifespan was so short. I’ll update this review if my next one lasts longer. Aside from the short life, I loved everything else about it. The design and flavor are fantastic.

I ordered a watermelon diffuser and its life span was very disappointing! I used it for 48 hours and maybe got 35-40 puffs before it stopped working. I let it sit for a few hours, but nothing came out. I ordered another unit in case the first was faulty and I got maybe one more day and it stopped working as well. I don’t recommend these. I spent quite a bit to not even get halfway thru the it’s approximate usage.
