I’ve tried other sleep gummies and I found they have a lot of sugar and not very much melatonin. This has a great mixture of 4 mg of melatonin and not a whole heck of a lot of sugar. I love the flavor. I loved how soft they are. I love how well they work. I will definitely be getting some more of this brand.
