I got the cotton candy flavor and while it tastes more like a berry of some sort than cotton candy, it is still pleasant. I usually to 10 quick draws in succession and it does the trick to help me fall asleep. Caution, after doing 10 that quick, your throat may feel very cool, like eating 2 very strong peppermints, no burning just very cold when breathing.

The cotton candy melo plus diffuser works how it’s supposed to but the flavor description is definitely off, it’s advertised as a light spun sugar and vanilla flavor but it’s definitely got a heavy mint to it as well, almost as if it were a menthol. This is very harsh to my nose as it directs to let to smoke into your mouth, hold for a little and breath out your nose. This combined with the flavors that are there almost create a “burnt” flavor. If it were labeled as an ice or a cool flavor I would have got a different flavor. But it does help me fall asleep.

I have never used a vape before, and now after my purchase of the Helo Caffeine and a Melo vape for sleeping. I love how there is NO nicotine in them. I really like the Helo caffeine vape, but I did not feel that the Melo worked for helping me to sleep. They say that they will last you a month or so, but mine lasts for a week the most, so it can get expensive. I would definitely recommend the Melo vapes, to my family and friends.

If you have been thinking about this product I would say definitely do it. It is a great addition to my nighttime routine and it helps me fall asleep and stay asleep and when I do get up through the night as I have to do is take a puff or two and I’m right back to sleep! Best sleep I have gotten in a while. Especially as I am usually insomniac and I am not on medication for bedtime anymore. Which I have to say I love so much to be able to switch to melatonin.

These are great for resetting your sleep schedule. I work the night shift and in the mornings after coming home from work, I eat breakfast, put my favorite show on, and puff about 2-3 times before I K.O for about 6 hours.
They really help to relax and prep you for sleep. I feel energized after I wake up. One thing to mention. I dont prefer inhaling directly into my lungs. I just hold it in my mouth and breathe out. It still works for me.

Honestly? The melatonin diffusers aren’t it. They malfunction every third puff and taste like burnt charcoal. These fail in comparison to the caffeine diffusers.
