I can dose the melatonin much better instead of taking some pills and waiting for it to take effect. I wouldn’t say I instantly fall asleep but when I do it’s the best sleep I’ve had in a while. I will be buying this product again. I’d say this a 4.8 rating because eventually the product starts to crackle when you inhale, almost like it’s clogged within. Not a huge issue for me personally.
