Why Use a MELO Melatonin Diffuser?
Advantages of Melatonin Diffusers
Too many melatonin diffuser brands complicate their products by packing them full of additives or chemicals that are not only unnecessary, but can actually be harmful. MELO focuses on simple ingredients and always avoids the additives often included in lesser-quality melatonin diffusers.
You’ll never find potentially harmful ingredients like diacetyl, vitamin E acetate or acetyl propionyl in MELO diffusers. A short list of all-natural ingredients is all MELO delivers.
Nature's Cost-Effective Sleep Aid
At MELO, we don't believe getting a good night's sleep should break the bank. That's why every MELO melatonin diffuser is affordably priced when compared to other melatonin diffuser brands, without sacrificing quality.
Despite MELO's more affordable price — particularly when opting for the Plus size — you'll never find junk chemicals or additives in any MELO melatonin diffuser. Every MELO melatonin diffuser contains just plant-sourced vegetable glycerin, deionized water, organic fruit flavor extract and melatonin. That's it.
Delicious Flavors to Suit Everyone's Taste
Everyone has different tastes. That’s why we’ve made MELO melatonin diffusers available in such a wide variety of flavors. You’ll get both great taste and a soothing aroma to help you get a deeper sleep.
MELO’s flavors include Cotton Candy, Orange Dreamsicle, Cosmic Berry, Gummy Bear, Midnight Mint, Peach Cream and more.
Frequently Asked Questions
The first melatonin diffuser wasn’t introduced until 2016, so there haven't really been any rigorous scientific studies to look at the effects they have on someone's ability to fall asleep and stay asleep.
However, melatonin diffusers are one of the fastest growing diffuser categories. There's plenty of anecdotal evidence, in the form of customer reviews, that point to their effectiveness for people who have trouble sleeping. And, of course, melatonin supplementation in other forms has been used for years as one of the most popular and effective sleep aids.
A melatonin diffuser may be good for stress and anxiety, but the jury is still out. While it may not be the main reason people take melatonin, a few studies suggest it may also have a calming effect and help reduce anxiety, along with helping you fall asleep.
A 2020 review from the National Institutes of Health found that melatonin was effective in helping relieve anxiety in patients undergoing surgery, while a 2017 study echoed those findings for people following acute coronary syndrome (a heart attack, for example). Finally, two 2018 studies found that melatonin was more effective than popular anti-anxiety medications oxazepam and alprazolam in relieving anxiety among people having surgery.
While these studies weren’t about the effects of using a melatonin diffuser specifically, they do speak to melatonin’s ability to possibly help calm anxiety.
As they're a relatively new product, there haven't been any long-term studies that can show definitively whether vaping melatonin or melatonin diffusers themselves are safe or unsafe.
What we do know is that melatonin diffusers like MELO don't contain any of the compounds and chemicals that we know are harmful — like diacetyl or vitamin E acetate — and contain just melatonin and other natural ingredients, along with organic flavoring. Other diffusers may contain ingredients like chamomile extract, L-theanine, or lavender extract. MELO keeps it simple. For more on the safety of “alternative” diffusers like MELO, check out some of our previous articles about healthy alternatives and safest choices available.
We don't recommend that anyone under the age of 18 use MELO products. And you must be 18 or older to order from our website. That being said, just as there aren't many studies that point to a melatonin diffuser's safety in adults, there aren't many that have been conducted on those under 18. What we can say for sure is that no one under 18 should use an e-cigarette or another device containing nicotine, the negative effects of which are well-established.
There's no one right answer to that. Each manufacturer will put different amounts of melatonin in their diffusers. Read the label and follow their instructions for effective use.
What Do Customers Love About MELO Diffusers?
This is my second order from your company. Now I have a monthly subscription for the Melotonin air. My favorite one right now is Heaven. It taste very fruity like when you have cantaloupe and bananas mixed. My other one is Blue cloud that one tastes like blueberries to me. The biggest thing to me is I have slept through the night and I wake up feeling more refreshed and not have that overly tired or feeling like I am drunk like some other sleep aids give me.
I love this so much, worked quick and tastes so good. I work night shift and do school during days so this helped my sleep schedule when switching my sleep time :).
I use melatonin regularly in a tablet form, this has been a great change! Love it! 3 or 4 puffs at bedtime, roll over and let yourself go, great sleep!
First one was damaged upon delivery. But after contacting MELO and talking with a super nice employee I was shipped a new one no questions asked, and received the new one within three days!
