All orders are processed within one to three business days (excluding holidays and weekends) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another email when your order has shipped. Once orders have shipped please allow 2 business days for shipping. Orders placed after 3 pm PST on Fridays will not be processed until the following week.
Due to new procedures and safety policies as a result of Covid-19, we are experiencing processing and shipping delays. These new policies are to keep our warehouse staff safe and you safe. All shipping partners that we use have also implemented new and rigorous safety procedures. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work hard to ensure your safety as well as the safety of our staff.
All our shipping is done via USPS. We ship to the US and Canada only.
Change Shipping Address:
In the Case of an incorrect shipping address, please notify our support team IMMEDIATELY. In reaching out to support please include the order number and correct shipping address. If the correct information is not included, Support will not be able to fix the order.
During regular business hours (M-F) 8am - 4pm PST, there is a 15 minute grace period before the order ships. If the order has shipped outside of the grace period, MELO Labs, Inc. is not responsible for the addresses input into the order.
