Taniesha Grace I use the patches only when I have lots of things to do and I have had limited hours of sleep... They kick for in 30 mins and last longer than 8 hours as well.i also have the artic caffeine vapor pen I use it while I'm at work when I have to work 12 hour shift instead of drinking energy drinks.
