My vape pin lasted for less than 3 days. I use it on the way to work, no more than a few puffs. The end now blinks blue and no vapor comes out. Maybe mine was a dud? Tastes great, but not worth the $$ for it to crap out so soon.

Coming from nicotine vapes here is my honest feedback
-draws lighter
-battery lasted 4-5 days, this wouldn’t be so bad if you could recharge, but no recharge and short fuse, is not a 1:1 exchange. Nicotine vapes last 10-30 days!! Value perception is not good
-good exchange for nicotine. After 1-2 days I only used my helo. The caffeine makes for a decently easy transition.
-melo is super for at night. I tend to stay up later than I should sometimes and this is a SUPER help for sooner bedtime and full sleep
-price and delivery- price is too much if the brand is trying to compete with nicotine. This is a sub par product at the same premium price.
Delivery takes about a solid 1-1.5 week to arrive. It feels like it really pushes your towards a subscription. Which I’m not sure is worth it at this point.
Over all a good product. I like that it’s not made with chemicals and not nicotine.
But better pricing, or better machinery with refill or recharge is needed.

Mixed feelings here. I really do love the helo air/caffeine diffusers. I definitely feel a difference during the day. Also the ingredients are something I can feel good about… However, I stopped ordering awhile ago because I had one of them come leaky. I contacted customer service and they said they wouldn’t replace it because there was no visible damage (regardless of the leak inside the package which I took a picture of, as well as a video of the pen not working) this really aggravated me… That’s not something I should be responsible for, I paid $40 for a single working pen 😐 Another thing is I paid extra for “4-5 bussiness day” delivery, and upon tracking the package it’s gonna take over a week to get here… I ordered it on a Monday, if it’s 4-5 bussiness days I should’ve gotten it by Friday.
Overall, I’m disappointed with customer service and overall user experience. Which is a real shame because the products themselves are great. It’s just disappointing that the company had to ruin the products for me.

Started using the Arctic Mint to help my 40+ year smoking addiction. It’s not easy, but so far, so good. The idea of using a vaping device that still expels vapor is helping to trick my brain into thinking I’m smoking, as it’s more the action of smoking that’s hard to quit. The taste is great, not too overpowering, and neither is the smell, so I can use it while at work and not offend clients with the scent of smoke. It took some getting used to because I’m used to cigarettes, and the first puff of the diffuser made me cough hard. But I’ll get used to it. I also have the Caramel Coffee diffuser, but I haven’t tried it yet. If this works and curbs my addiction, then I’ll be signing up for a subscription. Too early to give a 5-star review, but it’s inching that way. Fingers crossed!

AGAIN i’ve never smoked a real cigarette or vape but this one is super icy, it almost hurts if i take too big of a puff so probably just won’t do that lol, super minty tastes like gum! i want to try the other flavors that don’t have the icy effect next
