   It worked within 30 minutes for me. I stayed asleep. I didn’t have any nightmares that normal melatonin gummies or pills give me.

   The melatonin patch works well. I used it after a busy day at work and gym routine. I woke up in the morning refreshed.

   At first, the product didn’t seem to work. The problem seem to be that I would find the patch had come off in the middle of the night! But, as I came up with a way to keep the patch in place during the night, the quality of my sleep has gotten better. I am a fan!
