It looked really yummy and I wanted to like it but I this flavor just- doesn’t taste good. You guys should make different doses of melatonin. The melatonin grams in two packets are even close to enough to get me to sleep. I don’t think I’d buy….

Definitely helps me fall asleep quicker and stay asleep longer. I wake up feeling well rested with none of the side effects like some sleep-aids I've tried in the past. And, I really love the stardust flavor, good addition before bedtime!!
