We offer free shipping on all orders over $40. If you order less than that, the shipping cost depends on your location, but it's usually under $5.

HOW LONG WILL MY ENERGY VAPE LAST?

At 800 puffs, the HELO Plus holds twice as much and lasts twice as long (but it doesn't cost twice as much!) as our HELO Air no nicotine disposable vapes.

HELO Air contains 400 puffs in each device, which means they will typically last you at least a couple of weeks. Lighter users may only need to replace theirs once a month or less.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) after receiving your order confirmation email. Once orders have shipped, please allow 2 business days for shipping. Orders placed after 3 pm PST on Fridays will not be processed until the following week.
