Best B12 Inhaler

If you're looking for help choosing the best B12 inhaler, you've come to the right place. In this article, we'll cover a few of our top choices for B12 vapes, discuss whether or not vaping B12 is something that's right for you, and offer up a B12 vape alternative to give you more options.

Let's dive in …

Best B12 Inhaler Alternative: HELO Plus

Single packaging of HELO Plus in Caramel Coffee flavor

As you'll see below, a B12 inhaler may not be the best choice for what you're hoping to achieve. If you want an instant jolt of energy, good old caffeine is going to be your best bet. And there's an inhaler for that, too!

The HELO Plus caffeine inhaler is a great-tasting, convenient, all-natural and economical way to give yourself a boost wherever, and whenever, the need arises. This is why it tops our list of safest vape available for health-conscious users.

Known as "Zeus's Oxygen," HELO works just like a B12 inhaler, but delivers a quick hit of fast-acting caffeine, instead of the slow burn of B12 (which may not even have much of an effect on you if you're not deficient in it — see below for more on this).

HELO is available in two sizes — Air, which delivers 400 puffs; and Plus, which delivers 800 — and over a dozen flavors, including Arctic Mint, Red Apple Peach, Baja Berry, Caramel Coffee and more.

If you look at the research below and conclude that you'd be better served with a caffeine diffuser over a B12 inhaler, give HELO serious consideration.

Best Vitamin B12 Inhaler Overall: HealthVape

HealthVape Boost - B12 in Berry Mint flavor

HealthVape has made our list of top healthy vape alternatives and best vapes for anxiety, so it's no surprise they'd be on our list of best B12 vapes as well.

HealthVape offers six formulas, each of which comes in two flavors, for a total of 12 no-nicotine vape options. The ones we'll focus on here are Boost and Energy, both of which contain B12.

Boost comes in two flavors — Berry Mint and Strawberry. Each Boost vape boasts 12 mcg of Vitamin B12, along with Vitamin B6, L-Theanine, L-Lysine, and Taurine.

Energy's two flavors are Cinnamon and Citrus. In addition to 12 mcg of B12 (same as in Boost), Energy also contains a hefty amount of caffeine (96 mcg), along with L-Theanine and L-Carvone.

Both Boost and Energy come in disposables or pods. You should get between 400-500 inhales per disposable, and around 200 inhales per pod (sold in packs of four for 800 inhales per package).

Best Long-Lasting B12 Inhaler: VitaminVape

Available in either pods or disposables, each B12 vape from Vitamin Vape should last you a long time — a month for the disposables if you use them as directed, and many months from each pod in the company's "Big Cloud system."

Available in a single flavor described as "light organic mango and citrus," each disposable contains a total of 4,000 mcg of B12. At the recommended 5 to 10 inhales per serving, that would deliver around 30 servings, with each one containing 133 mcg of B12. That should last for about a month at one serving per day.

Each pod (which requires purchase of the Big Cloud vape pod system mentioned above) contains about 333 servings. Assuming one serving per day, each pod should last a whopping 11 months or more. (See how these stats compare to the standard vape in our article on How Long Should a Disposable Vape Last You?)

Best Multi-Use B12 Inhaler: Inhale Vitamins

Inhale Vitamins CALM in Grape flavor

Inhale Vitamins offers six varieties of B12 inhalers, all of which are combined with other functional ingredients to produce one of several desired effects — a sense of calm or an energy boost, for example.

Inhale offers three flavors of its CALM formula — Strawberry, Grape and Peach, with each one containing chamomile, passionflower and valerian root, in addition to Vitamin B12.

Their energy formula, called ENRG, comes in two flavors — Blueberry and Mango. Active ingredients in ENRG are B12, plus caffeine and guarana.

Finally there's Inhale's simple vitamin formula called VitaBabe, which comes in a watermelon flavor and contains rose flower, chaste tree berry and lemon balm, in addition to B12.

Before You Buy: Is B12 the Right Choice?

Before you spend money on a B12 inhaler, you may want to consider if it's going to give you the results you're after. Although B12 is touted as a potent source of energy, if you're looking for caffeine-like effects, you're probably going to be disappointed.

That's because B12 doesn't produce the same effects in your body as caffeine does. Caffeine is a stimulant. B12 isn't. It's a vitamin that your body needs to perform a variety of functions related to energy production (like red blood cell formation).

While some studies show that you may get a boost in energy from B12 supplementation, if you're not deficient in it, that boost is likely to be pretty small. That's one of the reasons the HELO caffeine diffuser tops our list of best energy vapes. (Read more about this in our B12 vs. Caffeine article here.)

Breathe in the Energy!

When it comes to inhalers and vapes for energy, you have a lot of choices, and not all of them involve B12. If you go into it knowing what to expect, and don't hold B12 to the same expectations as you would caffeine, there are a number of different options to choose from.

But if you want caffeine-like effects and an instant boost, there's no need to mess with what's been working for centuries. Give the HELO caffeine diffuser a try … and breathe in the energy!
