Simply remove it from the packaging, remove the rubber cover on the tip, and give it a gentle tap. Then place the mouthpiece against your lips and inhale.

If you don't want to take the vapor all the way into your lungs, you should still be able to get the effects. Take a puff in through your mouth and breathe out through your nose. The caffeine will absorb through your palate and hit your bloodstream.
