Organic Disposable Vapes: 8 Brands to Check Out in 2024

If you're worried about all the nasty chemicals and artificial flavors that can find their way into vapes and e-juice these days, or the nicotine that comes with smoking cigarettes, you've probably thought about seeking out an organic disposable vape as a safer alternative. That's smart! And we're here to help you on that journey.

Below, you'll find some of the more popular options for a natural organic vape that'll keep you satisfied while sparing you from the bad stuff.

Organic Non-Nicotine & Non-CBD Vapes

ZERO

You can't get much more natural than the lineup of disposable MELO, HELO and ZERO vapes. They’re known for their great taste and delicious flavors, derived from only the best ingredients in the world, with no nicotine, no harsh chemicals and no heavy metals. Let's start with ZERO, which contains nothing beyond natural flavors derived from plants.

single pack of Zero Plant Powered Aromatherapy Device in Arctic Peach flavor

ZERO "Plant Powered Puffs" are essentially "flavored air." They let you enjoy the act of vaping without subjecting yourself to any undesired side effects, or exposing your lungs to harmful byproducts sometimes found in vapes of lesser quality.

ZERO vape pens are designed specifically for people who want to use natural methods to help them quit smoking cigarettes. If that's you, or if you just want a break from traditional vapes that get you hooked on nicotine, ZERO might be the perfect natural vape for you.

ZERO comes in two sizes — the regular original size and ZERO Max — and seven amazing flavors, including Arctic Peach, Jolly Berries, Hawaiian Ice and other natural flavors. The original ZERO is filled with enough vape juice to be good for around 2,000 puffs, with Zero Max clocking in at around 5,000 puffs.

Like ZERO, MELO and HELO are nicotine-free, all-natural vapes. Unlike ZERO, however, MELO and HELO deliver additional benefits beyond just a satisfying vaping experience. Let's go into them one at a time …

MELO

single pack of MELO Plus Melatonin Diffuser in Heaven flavor

MELO disposables come in two sizes — MELO Air and MELO Plus. MELO Air should last for around 400 puffs, while the Plus size offers twice that number. MELO's list of all-natural ingredients is short and simple — vegetable glycerin, deionized water and natural organic fruit flavor extract.

But what gives MELO its name is the final ingredient — melatonin. So if you're looking for a little dose of relaxation with your vape — it's one of our top choices for best vape for anxiety — you might want to give MELO a try.

MELO comes in a variety of amazing flavors, including Midnight Mint, Lavender Dream, Cosmic Berry, Gummy Bear and more. Curious about how vaping melatonin works? Read Can You Vape Melatonin here, and check out our melatonin diffuser reviews.

Ripple+

Ripple+ vapes in the "Happy" formulation and packaging

If you're familiar with our blog at all, you may have seen us mention Ripple+'s line of natural vapes before. Ripple+ is worth mentioning here again because of their commitment to sustainability.

For example, although Ripple+ sells a full line of disposable vapes, which scream of waste, the company ensures that all of its devices are 100% recyclable, which is great. And it's something most companies don't do.

But they also go a step further by allowing customers to print out a free shipping label they can use to send spent vapes back, where they'll be recycled en masse. If you do that, Ripple+ gives you 10% off a future order.

Since we've covered Ripple+ extensively before, we won't go into too much more detail here. Suffice it to say that Ripple+ falls squarely into the "functional vape" category. Their full range of vapes and e-juice in natural flavors are designed to produce one or more physiological states. Choose from their Relax product, which contains jasmine, chamomile and lemon balm; Dream, with lavender, valerian and jujube seed; and Power, with peppermint ginseng and gingko biloba, among other flavors.

Organic CBD/Hemp Vapes

Organic CBD Nugs

Oganic CBD Nugs disposable vape packaging

Organic CBD Nugs has an extensive line of quality hemp-derived offerings, including CBD products and two different lines of THC products — Delta-8 and Delta-9 (see below for an explanation of what these are).

While you'll find things like gummies in a variety of natural flavors, e-juice, oils and tinctures across their catalog, the only one where you'll find disposable vapes is in the Delta 8 category.

The disposables are available in six rather interesting "natural flavors," including Afghan Kush, AK47, Biscotti and Cheesecake, with each one containing 1 ml of vape juice, which is good for 900 mg in total of Delta-8 THC. All of their offerings are certified for purity and potency by third-party lab testing.

Delta-9 THC & Delta-8 THC explained: Here's a super simple explanation of the difference between Delta-9 THC and Delta-8 THC in products from Organic CBD Nugs and elsewhere. If taken in large enough quantities, both "versions" of THC will probably be enough to produce at least mild psychoactive effects. Delta-9, however, supposedly produces a more "spacey" effect, while Delta-8 is more about relaxation, focus, and an overall "quieter mind."

Crystal Creek Organics

Crystal Creek Organic Vapes

Located in Tallahassee, Florida, Crystal Creek Organics was founded in 2017 by "Organic Chemist Ryan Cassell, Ph.D. and a small group of cannabinoid enthusiasts with the goal of producing some of the best CBD products on the market."

Crystal Creek takes their commitment to natural and organic principles seriously, and "works with non-profit organizations, farmers, extractors and eco-friendly packaging companies to ensure we play an active part in creating and improving a more progressive world."

In addition to vapes, you'll also find your typical lineup of CBD/THC products, including organic e-juice, gummies, gels, capsules, creams and more. Crystal Creek's disposable vape options are pretty straightforward, with just three varieties of natural flavors, all of which contain Delta-8 THC.

The vapes come in two sizes — 1 ml and 2 ml. The unique flavors are Blue Zkittlez, Cranberry Kush and Maui Wowie in the 1 ml size, and Blue Dream, Twisted Citrus and Banana Kush in the 2 ml size.

Re-Start

Restart Delta 8 Disposable Vapes

Founded in 2018 by three sisters, Re-Start's original mission (and still one of their main ones), was to help people discover and get access to the purported healing benefits of CBD. In fact, the impetus for starting the company was to help relieve the pain resulting from a founder’s car accident.

Included in their catalog are products containing both CBD, CBG, CBN and legal THC that complies with federal regulations in the form of oils, gummies, flowers, brownies and, of course, vape juices and disposable vape pens, all available in a variety of flavors.

In this one category alone, Re-Start's offerings are extensive, with vapes in various natural flavors containing combinations of CBD, CBN and/or CBG, some with THC and others that are THC-free.

For example, one of Re-Start's "flagship" disposable vape pens contains a combination of CBN and CBD. If you haven't heard of CBN, think of it like CBD's "chiller cousin." Like CBD, CBN is a cannabinoid, and some evidence suggests that it may have a deeper sedative effect.

As Re-Start describes it, CBN is "a cannabinoid that may have untapped potential as a sedative … WITHOUT the reality-bending distortion, REM-sleep disruption, or general stupefaction of THC. Depending on how you respond, it might help you chill out after a long day, loosen up for a social situation, or get some solid Z’s. For any or all of these, this is a uniquely great choice that you won’t find anywhere else."

This is just one vape combination of around 15 that Re-Start sells, of which 8 fall into the disposable category. Also of note, each Re-Start vape is derived from premium quality hemp grown in the U.S. on organic farms.

OrganiCBD

OrganiCBD Heal CBD vape pen

If you couldn't guess from the name, OrganiCBD is all about their high-quality CBD that's derived from organically grown hemp. Vape products are only part of the story here. OrganiCBD also offers organic CBD oil, CBD honey, CBD concentrates, organic e-juice and CBD clothing, in addition to their CBD vape pens.

Founded in 2018, OrganiCBD is serious about their CBD. Their vape blends are proprietary and triple lab tested through an ISO-accredited lab to ensure not only quality, but also efficacy.

You can select from among five "flavors" of vape juices, each one touting a different benefit. There's Dream, Heal, Amplify, Balance, and Create, with each one listing the same ingredients — hemp distillate and terpenes. This is where the proprietary part of their vape blends comes in, as each variety is apparently "tweaked" to produce the desired effect.

Dream, for example, promises that you'll "say goodbye to restless, sleepless nights" as it helps "you drift into deeper sleep with better dreaming, like being spooned on a Sunday afternoon." Create, on the other hand, wants to "be your muse" by helping you "experience a rush of inspiration helping you finish your latest masterpiece … with sharper concentration, upbeat energy, and an abundance of imagination you’ll be wielding your own personal magic anytime you need."

Final Word: Can an Organic Disposable Vape Actually be Good for You?

group of people on beach

Although just about anything is better than smoking, it's tough to make a blanket statement that an entire class of vapes are better and/or good for you. It’s impossible to identify the safest disposable vape, because all vapes probably have some health risk. And just because something is natural and comes with an organic label or certification, it doesn't mean it's high quality or healthy. The healthiest vapes are probably those that are free of dangerous contaminants, but that doesn’t mean that any vape is totally healthy.

If you're vaping, it's much smarter, and safer, to dig a little deeper on each individual company and product, rather than assuming that just because a company touts its natural origins and organic designation, you're automatically in the clear.

As always, you want to stay away from universally recognized dangerous compounds like diacetyl, propylene glycol and vitamin E acetate, and you'll probably want to stay away from nicotine and artificial sweeteners as well, whether or not it's organically grown.

Bottom line: organic certification probably means the product you’re looking at is healthIER than a non-organic alternative. But seeing that on the label doesn’t mean you can switch off your normal amount of due diligence entirely. No disposable vape is completely safe. Continue to do your research … and stay safe out there!
