I ordered 2 vapes, a helo red apple peach, and a melo banana vape. The helo red apple peach was faulty and didn’t work right out of the package. Trying to get a replacement is jumping through hoops. I sent an email asking for a replacement. I had to send a video showing it not working. They automatically just picked another random vape to replace it with. I emailed again saying I want the original one I ordered, not a different one, to be told that’s not an option bc they don’t send replacements for that vape. Ok…? So they gave me a list of Helo flavors available and I picked one from the list. When I got the replacement email it shows they sent a melo vape instead. The whole process is just a nightmare especially for the prices you pay. I still don’t understand why they couldn’t just resend the one I had purchased in the first place?! I will definitely NOT be reordering anything.
