Sleep Head Bundle - New

After working night shift for 16 years, I finally went to day shift. My body would not sleep at night... until I bought this melatonin. I normally don't like melatonin because my dreams get way too vivid and I feel almost more restless.

Not with this melatonin. I feel like I get naturally tired quickly now and I haven't had the realistic nightmares I used to have with melatonin. I bought the gummies and I only take 1 (2mg) and puff the pen a few times.
It only took 2 weeks to convert 16 years of getting off work at 5am to waking up and being at work at 5am. And I owe it completely to this specific brand of melatonin. Thanks!

I hated taking medicines for anxiety so I was searching for something that would really help. I love these!!! I haven’t used it enough to see if it gets me sleepy but works great for anxiety!!! Highly recommend!!

While the concept is definitely innovative, and the flavors are delightful, the product isn’t effective. I tend to have difficulty falling asleep, so on my 2 nights off a week I take a 5mg melatonin pill before bed; that helps me catch up on some much needed rest during my nights off. I bought this in hopes it would be more potent than the pill variant, since it’s being absorbed directly into your bloodstream via your lungs, but sadly that’s not the case for me. With the 10 puff serving size only providing 1.3mg of melatonin, even taking 20 puffs 45min before bed does nothing to assist my sleep. The idea for this is awesome, but the execution not so much.

I really enjoy the flavors . Compared to other brands this one definitely tastes the best. I would recommend this one to everyone
