Amazing customer service
The first one that was delivered was defective. So I reached out to customer service and they responded not even 24 hours later. I wasn’t even going to ask for a replacement I was maybe going to get a refund do to all the customer service horror stories I have heard. But the we’re polite and kind. They sent me a replacement free of charge and it got here not even a week later.
It really helps my husband during his 10 hour shifts.
