Melatonin vape

The caffine vape works as expected. My melatonin vape does not work. I can't get anything out of it.

Possibly Defective Unit

Received my HELO Air Rocket Fuel vape and on first few days it had a burn taste to it. Will discontinue use sadly

Pretty Good, Could Be Better.

It definitely tastes like redbull, but only the aftertaste. The first immediate taste you get when hitting this is just a bitter air taste, almost like its slightly burnt. Then it has the redbull aftertaste. Its still nice, I'm using it to quit vaping. But I wish it had a more clean and clear flavor.

I keep it by my computer for when I'm working from home and don't wanna drink coffee all day.

meh they were okay

The first one went really quick which is expected, but the second one sounded like it was going to blow up in my face right off the first hit 🤧. Very unfortunate. Also I feel like the mint caffeine diffuser should be brought back🤗.

Order the Pink Lemonade, sadly it was leaking so I got in contact with customer service and let them know and they replaced it immediately.

Not to impressed

The package that it came in was absolutely destroyed, there's no flavor to it. And it doesn't really produce the vapors

Crappy product

I had orders two of the caffeine vapes and a melatonin vape, one of the caffeine vapes didn’t work upon arrival and the second one was already burnt tasting. The melatonin vape has worked fine I wish the caffeine ones worked the same.

No energy

I bought this for energy I haven't been energetic at all.
And I have only taken maybe 16 puffs and now it doesn't have smoke. I don't know if it was broken or something wrong with it.

I liked the product .

Customer service left a little to be desired . Because I had an allergy issue to your product(although I enjoyed it minus the allergies) I needed to cancel or return my second shipment .. (Which I am still waiting for my refund after mailing back the unopened packages). When I contacted your customer service by email stating my issue and that I would need to cancel my order I was told” too late the order was already out” with there were no other options …closing the email with
CHEERS! Which I thought was very unprofessional… and of course returned the product anyways .

It taste funky after a while but still works

I like it

I didn't really like the flavor but it was good

I get extreme migraines since I’ve cut out most sources of caffeine for weight loss purposes, but the Arctic mint definitely helps and it usually stops the migraine or slows it down till I get off of work. Definitely a great investment.

Disappointed new customer

Bought 2 items, and was very excited to try both (1 helo, and 1 melo). Neither worked when I opened the packages, I reached out to customer support, and they asked me to send in a video. Unfortunately the file size was too large to be emailed so I asked if there was another way to send it. I even offered to return the product before the video was ever displayed so they could see both devices were defective. I never heard back from them. After seeing the great reviews on tiktok, I thought I would try them, I just wish I didn't waste $30 plus the 'insurance' against damage, as it didn't seem to matter.

Helo vape did not work

Purchase this to help my gf quit vaping and it did not work when we opened it for the first time.

Garbage

They sent me a dead vape and the juice had leaked out of it, asked for a refund twice and they sent me a email asking if I want a replacement still haven’t got my money back.
