I purchased the energy bundle with the intention of reducing my coffee and nicotine usage. These Helo vapes are helpful for skipping the coffee/smoke breaks throughout my day. As my ultimate quit date is in April, I believe these will be very useful for managing cravings. The dosage of caffeine gives me the right amount of energy and the flavorful vapor satisfies the oral fixation I have smoking cigarettes.
